Quilt Top Finished ; ) Have a good day.

Another dreary rainy day here- should get some sewing done. I finished my quilt borders so am going to mark it. It measures 98x112. Some of my friends have offered to help hand quilt it. I have several fat backs but are all too small. Since I have some blocks left I can use my leftovers to make it fit. Doesn't that sound like fun ; (

Fun Evening

Each fall our county extension clubs have a fall get together. Each club decorates a table. Our theme was Autumn. We have jar raffle and lunch. This is my clubs table.

A work in progress

Thanks for the great bloggers welcome. I also think my daughter is a talented quilter. I have at least one more quilt that we traded blocks and will show it later. Today ( If I can figure out posting pictures) I will show you a work in progress. This one needs a couple more borders and lots of pressing. It is a little outside my box as I consider myself a tradional quilter. I got the blocks in a HGTV swap.

Just a little about me- I'm new to blogging so bear with me. I have been quilting for a looonnnng time. My DH and I are retired from farming. I have 3 children- 2 boys and a daughter, and 7 grandchildren. Also a great grand child. I am trying to finish up my projects and use my stash which I swear grows. We will be moving to an apartment before to long. I have joined lots of swaps so do have lots of blocks. Enough for now.
