Arrrgh!!!

Somehow my new computer and my blogger account are not getting along!  I'm at my wits end here.

Hopefully I will figure this out soon~

I realize it has been a l o n g time I have been on my blog, No good excuse but it has been such a busy summer- my garden produced and produced, My jars are full and we donated lots to the food pantry, DH had 2 surgeries so couldn't do any mowing or yard work so guess who is doing it.. I have been having withdrawal problems from not having time to sew.
 Also my computer crashed and I had to get a new one. My printer wouldn't work on Windows 8 so got a new one. Then my new computer was corrupted and had to get that repaired. My camera program doesn't work with 8  so have to figure that out yet. so I can post pictures. Hope you all had a good summer and will have a happy fall. Mary

  Good morning- been a long time since I have been here- had a busy June. We had our local quilt show which was a huge success and I took lots of pictures but my computer crashed and I have lost lots of things. I bought a new one- its windows 8 and I am slowly figuring  out how to use it.
  Also we had company for 2 weeks ( CBQ) and did lots of things which I can't post because of my crash.
  DH had an angiogram and found one of his by passes is completely blocked but it has rerouted so guess he will be ok
  We have been getting good rains and luckily no serious storms so the yard and garden are growing- and so are the weeds..
  Will try to get some photos on soon. Happy sewing. Mary.

Baby Quilt Blocks

  Good morning, each year our guild makes baby quilts for the new year's baby. Finally did my 2 for different quilts.. I had forgotten about them until I saw Sara's. Thanks Sara.
  Frost was predicted here last night but we didn't get it. have a great day. Mary

Good afternoon- a chilly day here- only in the 50"s- supposed to warm up over the week-end. They had a foot of snow west in the Black Hills.
  I have been hand sewing the binding on a quilt and made a few table toppers for gifts. These are fun. Also have a strip & twist wall hanging that is waiting to be quilted.
